I have known Ivan De Silva since his days as a student at Regent College, now some thirty years ago. I saw already then Ivan’s thirst for knowledge, his commitment to the study of the Bible and his deep love for God. In the last several years we have renewed our friendship and I can bear witness to his deepening passion, maturity and competence as a trustworthy theological educator.
